Salary: Up to £28,383 per year (£14.50/hour)

Schedule: Monday to Friday – enjoy your weekends off

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Role

As our Chef de Partie, you'll be a key part of a professional kitchen brigade delivering fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced, supportive environment. At this site we provide breakfast, lunch, vending and hospitality.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality, delicious food that consistently delights our clients and customers

Lead the implementation of menu updates and seasonal changes.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our food services

Take on board customer feedback to drive continuous improvement

Support the development of innovative menus and creative food concepts

Monitor stock levels to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently

Oversee kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practices, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment

Ensure full compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations

About you:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

Proven experience supervising a kitchen team

Passion for cooking and pride in your craft, whilst delivering exceptional customer service

Strong teamwork and time management skills

Reliable, punctual, and driven to deliver high standards

Hold a food hygiene certificate
