Position Details:
  • Salary: Up to £28,383 per year (£14.50/hour)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday - enjoy your weekends off
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: Castle Bromwich (Jaguar Land Rover site)

The Role

As our Chef de Partie, you'll be a key part of a professional kitchen brigade delivering fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced, supportive environment. At this site we provide breakfast, lunch, vending and hospitality.

What you'll do:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality, delicious food that consistently delights our clients and customers
  • Lead the implementation of menu updates and seasonal changes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our food services
  • Take on board customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Support the development of innovative menus and creative food concepts
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Oversee kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practices, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
  • Ensure full compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations

About you:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Proven experience supervising a kitchen team
  • Passion for cooking and pride in your craft, whilst delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and driven to deliver high standards
  • Hold a food hygiene certificate
