The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is h oused in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
Here, we are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen operation in our Bar Kitchen, operating on the seventh floor of the hotel with views of the iconic eagle sculpture and preparing gourmet bar food to complement the extensive selection of cocktails and other beverages. You will provide the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will play a key role in coaching and developing a team of culinary professionals, promoting teamwork and fostering collaboration with kindness and respect. This role is due to start in June 2025.
