You’ll be responsible for running a section in the kitchen, ensuring prep is on point, dishes go out on time, and everything stays clean, organised, and efficient. You’ll be part of a team that values consistency, communication, and pride in the food we serve.

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
  • Calm under pressure, especially on busy evenings and during events
  • Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
