1. Food preparation, stock rotation, and food labelling
2. Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
3. Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
