This warm and welcoming gastro pub based in a Wonderful Area is searching for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

The charming village pub has been awarded 1AA Rosette for their beautiful British dishes, created using fresh produce. They have an ever-changing seasonal menu to showcase the best produce on offer. This friendly property is renowned for its famous cuisine, all prepared under the talented Head Chef. The enthusiastic kitchen team even incorporates home-grown garden produce within the menu.

Due to the location of this Chef de Partie vacancy, all candidates must be able to drive and own their own transport - or wish to live in!

As a Chef de Partie, you must also have the ability to work on your own initiative.

Requirements for this Chef de Partie opportunity are:

1. Be an experienced all-rounder
2. Must have the ability to work on your own initiative
3. Have a background of using fresh ingredients
4. Experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy high-quality establishment
5. You must have NVQ 1 &/or 2

All applicants must have a stable CV with excellent traceable references. The person to suit must be experienced in fresh produce and should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.

You must either be working in or a resident in the United Kingdom for this position. You must be able to prove your Right to Work in the United Kingdom for this role. You must be a UK/EU Citizen and have ILR/PR status or hold a work permit/visa with at least 2 years remaining.
