Two Chef de Partie roles are available at an exciting new bar and dining concept which has recently opened. This is an opportunity to join a successful company at the beginning and to be involved in the development of the business to become a must-visit dining establishment. The senior Chefs will invest time to train you in order to ensure that you can work to the high standards expected at the venue. In this role of Chef de Partie, you will be assisting with the preparation of a variety of bar snacks throughout the day and also dishes for the bistro, all of which use fresh seasonal food. Requirements:
The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie with a quality background including a minimum of 1 year in a fine dining kitchen. This role will suit someone committed to learning and progressing within a company; a good attitude and the ability to work under pressure are also needed for this position.
