Job description

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie who wants to progress and is fully motivated to succeed.

Requirements:

As Chef de partie you will assist in preparing and cooking the award-winning food for the restaurant/bar and join a team with a culture that delivers excellent guest experience. The food served is 2AA rosette standard consisting of fine dining, in the restaurant. Having a key eye for local and current food trends using seasonal and locally sourced fresh food will be an integral part of this role.

This role would suit a strong Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge in their career. The successful chef must have a proven track of working in fine dining establishments and have rosette level experience and be NVQ qualified.

It is essential that you are hardworking, have a good attitude and want to work in a kitchen where you will learn valuable skills and experience.

The job consists of working 45hrs over a 4 day week.
