Job description

A Chef de Partie position is available at an award winning boutique hotel which is a busy dining venue with an open kitchen restaurant serving brasserie style dishes which are changed seasonally. The hotel also offers afternoon teas and hosts private events, weddings, conferences and private dining for up to 12 covers. As a result this Chef de Partie role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the Senior Chefs with the day to day management of the kitchen.

Requirements:

CVs will be considered from strong Commis Chefs or Chef de Parties but is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years and ideally with fine dining experience. A chef who can remain calm under pressure whilst working within a small team in a fresh food focused kitchen would be ideal.
