Hours

Sunday - Thursday 6AM - 2PM

Join a remarkable team of chefs dedicated to crafting exceptional food and striving to lead Britain’s best kitchen. Together, we create delicious pies and pastries to the highest standard, ensuring every customer enjoys the same outstanding experience every time.

The Role

1. Ensure all ingredients meet high-quality standards before use.
2. Maintain portion control for every dish prepared.
3. Support and report to the Sous Chef daily.
4. Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
5. Collaborate with other sections and team members in a high-volume environment.

Good to Have

• Previous experience as a chef.
• NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent in catering).
• Ability to efficiently manage your section of the kitchen.
