We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team at Resorts World Casino on a full-time basis.

Key Competencies:

• Management of a section during service
• Maintain high hygiene standards
• Follow stock rotation procedures
• Manage M.E.P (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Prepare and finish specific dishes to the highest standards, in the required quantities, at appropriate times, in a cost-effective manner
• Check received food products and store them according to company procedures

Skills and Experience required:

• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good team communication skills
• Creative, but able to follow recipes
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
