Chef de Partie - 4 Day Week

At The Chapel is a stunning restaurant with rooms in the centre of Bruton, Somerset, which is very much a foodie haven. There is a beautiful restaurant, a bakery, wine store & event space all within a converted chapel. All our dishes are cooked from scratch, using local, seasonal produce; our food is award winning & menus change every 4-6 weeks.

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie ideally with a proven track record in creative fresh food & high volume or you may be at the very start of your career, so a great deal of enthusiasm & passion is all that's needed. We pride ourselves on producing fresh, seasonal, creative food to a very high standard and we take influences, flavours, and styles from around the world.
