Are you an enthusiastic chef with a genuine passion for cooking great local Welsh produce? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our client, a prestigious restaurant situated near Swansea, is established as one of the leading dining establishments in Wales. With accolades such as 3AA Rosettes, this restaurant is now looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join their team under the guidance of their esteemed Chef Director.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive Package: Up to £42,000 including gratuities.
  2. Gratuities: Shared evenly through a Tronc system, amounting to £10k to £12k per annum per employee.
  3. Work Schedule: 4-day working week with extra days paid.
  4. Holidays: Closed on Christmas Day, January closure, and 1-week closure in the summer.
  5. Training & Development: Individual training and development plans for all staff.
  6. Profit Share: Discretionary annual employee profit share program.

  8. Discounts: 30% staff discount on food and beverage at the restaurant and its sister businesses; £75 staff rate and £190 Friends and Family room rate at the affiliated hotel; £50 Staff rate and £150 Friends and Family room rate at another affiliated hotel.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  1. Experience in a 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin Star environment as a Demi/Chef de Partie.
  2. A calm, mature approach.
  3. A clear passion for the industry and food.
  4. Natural talent as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.
  5. Ambition to succeed at the highest level.
  6. Dedication and an excellent team player with a coaching mentality.
  7. Resilience to thrive under pressure.
