Job Description

• Show passion and creativity for food, ingredients, and flavors.
• Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision.
• Be responsible for running a section and supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Confidently manage, train, and pass on your knowledge to the team.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Management and administration

• Actively participate in meeting the department's targets by following cooking instructions, avoiding waste, respecting procedures, and conducting internal audits.
• Assist in conducting inventories.
• Help manage stocks of equipment, avoiding breakages.

Qualifications

Experience and skills include:

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Diplomas/certifications required.
