Position: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie who is dedicated to delivering exceptional food to our guests. You will assist the kitchen team in developing excellent menus, including weekly specials and seasonal promotions, to delight our customers. With an eye for detail, you will work with the kitchen brigade to ensure cleanliness and adherence to policies, offering guidance to junior team members and support to senior chefs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with food safety laws and procedures.
  2. Understand and implement safer food business protocols and HACCP policies, including food labeling, cleaning schedules, and allergen tracking.
  3. Food preparation and cooking high-end meals using a range of fresh and pre-prepared ingredients, ensuring allergens are updated upon dish completion.
  4. Organize and maintain cleanliness, accept deliveries, ensure correct stock rotation, label produce, and remove items in line with use-by and best-before dates.
  5. Ensure proper presentation of menu items and learn the specifications for each dish to contribute to menu content.
Benefits and Perks:

Along with your benefits package, we offer a range of perks for our colleagues:

  • Reward, Recognition, and Opportunities: Our Frasers Champion scheme recognizes outstanding employees monthly, with winners receiving double pay for a month.
  • Fearless 1000: If our share price hits £10 for 30+ consecutive trading days by October 2025, all colleagues will receive a bonus, with top performers earning substantial bonuses.
  • Frasers Festival: An annual celebration with entertainment, guest speakers, and activities for staff across the UK and Europe.
  • CEO Sessions: Quarterly sessions with our CEO and leadership team for employee engagement and Q&A.
  • Retail Reconnect: Opportunities to spend time in stores or warehouses to understand frontline operations and bring ideas back to improve our business.

  • Experience as a Commis Chef or higher in a kitchen environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently.
