Job summary

Holroyd Howe is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations at our school catering sites. You will drive high standards of food quality and service while maintaining rigorous allergen controls and food safety practices.

You will contribute to menu planning, supervise mise en place, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for pupils and staff. A flexible, proactive approach and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, you will have experience as a Chef de Partie within a contract catering environment.
  • Experience in independent education or high-profile business catering is preferred.
  • Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and creative presentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and high food safety standards.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; proactive and flexible.
