Salary: £32,726 annually, comprising a base of £30,526 plus approximately £2,200 in gratuities, offering a rewarding package.
About the Kitchen
The Ryder Restaurant, our flagship, holds 2 AA rosettes and serves 700 meals daily, including buffet options for guests and delegates. We also operate four other outlets: Sam's Bar & Kitchen, Rocca's, The Brabazon Bar, and the Pastry Kitchen. Our Banqueting team caters to various events. Join our kitchen team to learn from talented chefs and advance your culinary career, whether experienced or starting out.
About The Role
As a Chef de Partie in the banqueting kitchen, your focus will be on preparing menu items for conferences and events based on hotel occupancy, and preparing food in advance for upcoming weeks. You may also take ownership of the kitchen in the absence of management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen and excellent communication and presentation skills.
