We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join a fantastic, long-established local business set in the charming village of Standish.

Operating a fresh kitchen, we’re seeking a Chef De Partie with experience in quality fresh food kitchens.

Alongside the full-time role, we are also looking for a part-time Chef De Partie to join the team, offering a great opportunity for chefs seeking more flexible working hours while still operating within a quality-driven kitchen environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience working in quality, fresh food kitchens
• A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Keen to contribute ideas and bring creativity to the menu
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards across all dishes, working closely with the kitchen team
• Run your section efficiently, ensuring prep levels, cleanliness, and smooth communication
• Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs
• Help maintain an organised and efficient kitchen environment
• Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure smooth service
• Help uphold the kitchen’s excellent standards, contributing to an outstanding dining experience
