Mitchells & Butlers' Premium Country Pubs are hiring a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, train team members, and ensure great food for guests. You’ll run a station, prep before service, and uphold brand standards across the busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor Chefs and kitchen staff.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Run a kitchen section during service.
• Prepare all mise en place before service.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
