Chef De Partie Position

This picturesque and beautiful village gastro pub is looking for a creative and talented Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade. The property prides itself on serving only the best locally sourced produce, often from their own land. They are also known for their seasonal game dishes, all prepared on site by professional chefs.

The successful Chef de Partie must be creative, have flair, be flexible, and love cooking. All applicants should be dedicated to maintaining the high standards of this busy and popular gastro pub.

As Chef de Partie, you will report directly to the Head Chef in an inspiring kitchen environment.

Qualifications/Experience:
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Passionate about food and presentation
