Role and Responsibilities:

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the meticulous preparation of vegetables, meats, and fish to uphold our high culinary standards.
• Participating in the cooking and preparation of key components for high-quality dishes.
• Collaborating seamlessly with fellow chefs to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.
• Assisting with deliveries and restocking to maintain a well-supplied kitchen.
• Upholding our commitment to cleanliness by ensuring the kitchen is impeccably cleaned at the end of each service.
• Contribute to maintaining our rigorous kitchen and food safety standards.
