The Chancery Rosewood, opening in Summer 2025, is a Rosewood Hotel Group property housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will feature 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with various dining and entertainment spaces, providing a platform for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to deliver the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will support and coach the development of the team, fostering a welcoming environment where associates can unwind and enjoy healthy, nutritious offerings. This role is scheduled to start in June 2025.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes meet the highest standards, supporting and motivating the team to exceed expectations.
  2. Maintain clean and organized sections, adhering to all HACCP standards.
  3. Follow recipes and technical sheets accurately, and stay informed about all menu allergens and their contents.
  4. Take ownership of the kitchen operation, providing guidance and support to peers, and fostering a positive, collaborative working environment.
  5. Promote sustainable practices and circular hospitality in support of Rosewood Impacts.

  1. You are experienced in fast-paced kitchen operations and can keep things organized and running smoothly.
