What Your Role Will Involve:

  • Running a designated kitchen section (up to 150 covers daily).

  • Maintaining excellent standards in food hygiene and safety.

  • Following menu specifications to ensure consistency.

  • Supervising and supporting junior kitchen team members.

  • Contributing to food cost control and kitchen efficiency.

  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table that help us grow and improve.

  • A flexible, motivated chef with a desire to learn and grow.

  • Experience in a busy, fresh-produce kitchen setting.

  • Great time management and reliability.

  • Excellent attention to detail in prep and presentation.
