What we look for in a Chef de Partie:

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef ready to take the next step, who has a passion for producing quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment. The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience delivering excellent service through quality food.
  • Be passionate about consistently delivering fantastic food.
  • Be an active, hands-on Chef de Partie or Kitchen Supervisor.
  • Show willingness to learn new skills, be a team player, and have excellent communication skills.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to maintain effective control over GP and labour costs.
  • Proactively drive sales and growth by engaging with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
