The Escapade Chef de Partie will have a pivotal role in food preparation, presentation and ensuring the quality of dishes in the restaurant. The Chef de Partie is expected to work under the supervision of the Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef and Sous Chef and lead our junior chefs within the kitchen.
