Qualifications

• NVQ level 2/3 or experience in a busy kitchen environment required.
• Ability to prepare and present food to the highest standard.
• Exposure to bulk cooking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running service/preparation duties of the kitchen.
• Ensure adherence to EHO guidelines and sanitation practices.
• Work with FOH team to drive service excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Assistancewith running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
• Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
• Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring:

• NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
• Basic IT skills
• Experience in menuproductionand confident input
• Exposure to bulk cooking
• The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
