Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality throughout preparation and service.
  • Manage portion control and stock levels to reduce waste and support cost control measures.
  • Support the Sous Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to shape a seasonally inspired, locally influenced menu.
  • Ensure allergen information is clear and accurate, offering suitable alternatives for dietary requirements.
  • Provide culinary support to the Banqueting team during events and functions as needed.
