Megan’s Restaurants is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. You’ll work with fresh ingredients in a premium branded kitchen, maintaining high standards under pressure and collaborating with talented colleagues.

Qualifications

• CDP with experience in premium kitchen environments.
• High standards of food hygiene and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes using fresh ingredients to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in a busy kitchen.
• Assist with menu development and new openings where needed.
• Support other kitchen stations to ensure service runs smoothly.

We’re looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie – ideally you’ll have worked with fresh ingredients in a premium branded kitchen and be calm under pressure. We’re also keen that you have high standards of food hygiene and enjoy learning new things. Whilst it’s great if you’ve worked in a similar fresh food kitchen environment, we think attitude is more important than experience, so as long as you’re a CDP, Line Chef or Cook who wants to create delicious dishes then we want to hear from you!
