Job summary

Upham Inns in Southern England is seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for preparing quality, fresh food and a strong team spirit. You will be responsible for running a section, maintaining high standards, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operation.

Our pubs feature a high-quality menu, on-site chefs, and opportunities for career progression through our development program.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate leadership aptitude for running a section and guiding junior chefs.
• Experience in a similar level position is preferred; strong teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Run a kitchen section ensuring high standards at all times.

• Up to £13.00 per Hour plus a share of Tronc

Most of our pubs have some Charming Bedrooms as well. New to our growing family is Harper’s Steakhouse, a new premium American Steakhouse brand that we started rolling out last year.
