My client is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie that wants to embark on an extraordinary culinary journey cooking authentic Italian dishes at this established restaurant and bar in the heart of Southampton.

As Chef de Partie, you'll be a key member of a passionate and talented team, responsible for crafting traditional and modern Italian dishes.

Preferred Requirements:

• Possess the skills and expertise of a seasoned Chef de Partie, with a deep understanding of traditional Italian cuisine.
• Demonstrate a passion for using the finest, freshest ingredients to craft exceptional dishes that showcase your culinary artistry.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated kitchen team.
• Exhibit a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Bring a creative flair to the kitchen, constantly seeking ways to innovate and enhance our menu offerings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal culinary training or a recognized chef's qualification, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.

The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:

• Starting Salary of £31,000 to £34,000 per year
