What you will be doing:

Working across both the Novotel and ibis hotels you will not only work with the team to prepare and serve food whilst adhering to HACCAP requirements, you will also be invited to share your ideas and make suggestions to improve our product.
You will ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
Commercial cookery / chef qualifications prefered
