Job summary

Un hôtel de renommée recherche un Chef de Partie passionné et expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans ce rôle, avec une solide formation en cuisine professionnelle. Vous serez responsable de la préparation des aliments, de la supervision des autres chefs et de la gestion des normes d'hygiène. Ce poste exige une capacité à travailler sous pression et un excellent sens de l'organisation. Qualifications

  • Au moins 2 années d'expérience en tant que Chef de Partie.
  • Connaissance approfondie des méthodes de cuisson, des ingrédients et des équipements.
  • Compréhension des exigences en matière de santé et sécurité.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenir des normes élevées d'hygiène alimentaire, de sécurité et de sanitation.
  • Préparer et livrer tous les plats selon les standards établis.
  • Former, guider et superviser les demi-chefs et les chefs Commis.
  • Surveiller le contrôle des portions alimentaires, des coûts alimentaires et des déchets.
  • Aider au développement de nouveaux menus avec le chef senior.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience as Chef de Partie, a strong background in professional cooking and be able to work with recipes and specifications provided to them. Candidate must have experience in banqueting- cooking to larger groups of guests.

What you will be doing:

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and sanitation policies and document them on a daily basis.

Responsible for all food preparations and duties assigned as per the standard and policies.

Monitor food portioning, food cost and waste control to maintain profit margins.

Responsible for training, guiding and supervising the demi chef’s and Commis chefs.

Knowledge and full awareness of all the menus and help senior chef in developing new menus.

Adhere to the hotel policies and procedure.

Seek and provide daily feedback and reporting of issues as they arise to seek guest satisfaction at highest level at all times.

The candidate must be creative, reliable and dependable.

Important- need to have good understanding of English language, must speak English and must ALREADY have right to work and live in UK. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ACCOMODATION

Salary: from £13.50 per hour

Qualifications

What you will bring:

For this position, you must be self motivated, a team player and work well in a high pressure environment. You will also need to:

Have a relevant, culinary qualification

Have proven experience in a Chef de Partie role, ideally with previous experience at a similar standard establishment.

Have excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes

Have the ability to think on your feet as we have many guest requests with different requirements

Have good time management and the ability to multitask

Thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirements
