Fuller’s in Portsmouth's The Old Customs House is looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team. You will prepare fresh, seasonal dishes, work alongside talented chefs and contribute to high standards of food quality and speed.

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard as Chef de Partie.
• Assist senior chefs and oversee section during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
