Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie at the Old Forge to lead a kitchen section with energy and pride in service. You will train and mentor a team, ensuring every dish meets brand standards and guests leave happy.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor Chefs and kitchen team members.
• Commitment to brand standards and high food quality.

• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
