Hourly Rate: £13.64 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Chef de Partie, you will ensure the smooth running of a section of the kitchen while working with all team members and the Executive / Head Chef to ensure that all food leaving the kitchen meets Warner Hotel standards.

What are we looking for?

An enthusiastic chef with a passion for food who takes pride in the dishes prepared. Understanding the importance of working in a branded environment.

What skills do I need?

• Ability to work on multiple sections, including grill and larder
• Preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and plating dishes according to hotel menus and customer requirements
• High standards of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation
