It serves a high standard of British pub food, working exclusively with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Red Cat Independent Pubs is passionate about sourcing locally, with some ingredients from Leicestershire. The chef team has the creative freedom to add weekly specials, fostering collaboration between the pub and the company.
