Qualifications

• Expérience dans un restaurant 2AA Rosette.
• Capacité à travailler de manière créative et sous pression.
• Expérience en direction de section et compétences en communication.

Responsibilities

• Préparer des plats frais locaux pour le restaurant 2AA.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe pour inspirer de nouvelles idées et élaborer des menus.
• Travailler en rotation sur 5 jours sur 7, y compris les soirs et week-ends.

will be joining our kitchen team of talented chefs at Bedford Lodge Hotel &

The Position

As Chef de Partie you will remain
up to date with the latest cooking and presentation techniques, to prepare
fresh local foods for guests visiting our 2 AA rosette restaurant; ‘Squires’. You
will work creatively as part of a team, inspiring fresh ideas and playing a key
role in devising menus. You must have experience of working under pressure in a
busy, high-end restaurant and be accomplished at preparing and presenting
dishes using fresh local, high-quality ingredients.

This is a full-time position (45 hours per week).
You will be working on rota basis, 5 days out of 7. You must be available to
work evenings and weekends.
