Job description

This luxurious and charming 2AA Rosette Country House Hotel, set within beautiful grounds, is looking for an experienced and hardworking Chef de Partie with creativity and an eye for detail to join their kitchen team.

The hotel's continued success is based on its dedicated team and their passion for delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality. The successful Chef de Partie will join a talented kitchen team that creates a positive work environment and offers many benefits.

As Chef de Partie, you will need to be up-to-date with all cooking and presentation techniques, preparing fresh local food for guests and customers.

Live-in accommodation is available, along with free use of the hotel gym and pool.

You will support the Executive Chef and senior team, taking the lead within your section, mentoring, and inspiring junior team members. Experience working under pressure in a busy high-end restaurant and proficiency in preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local ingredients are essential.

Requirements & Experience:
