Leonardo Hotel Newcastle Quayside is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef in a busy kitchen. You will lead sections when required, maintain high standards, and help deliver memorable dining experiences for guests.

Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a strong eye for detail, and are committed to learning and growing within the Leonardo Hotels estate.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in fast-paced kitchens.
• Able to lead sections and support Head Chef.
