MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a hands-on kitchen leader to mentor Chefs and the broader Kitchen team. You will run a section, prepare all pre-service essentials and uphold the highest cleanliness and safety standards. You must cook to spec and know the menu inside out, with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle.
