Qualifications

• Experience as a chef, line cook, or section chef in a restaurant or pub.
• Working well with Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
• Passion for cooking and supporting kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chefs and Head Chef across all areas of the kitchen.
• Participate in the kitchen preparation and cooking processes.
• Contribute to maintaining high food standards and hygiene.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
