Chef de Partie Opportunity

A Chef de Partie role is available at a four-star, 1AA rosette awarded, multi-outlet hotel with a busy dining operation. You will be joining a large team of 10 chefs. The property features three restaurants with separate menus offering modern British dining, all prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce. Additionally, there is a large conference and banqueting department catering to both corporate and leisure guests. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain valuable experience.

Requirements:

CVs will be considered from CDP Chefs. It is important that applicants highlight experience working in busy fresh food kitchens, serving multiple dining operations and managing busy banqueting services for at least 1 year. A CDP Chef should be committed, driven to achieve, and ambitious.
