Chefs Bay is a specialist hospitality recruitment agency, proudly acting on behalf of our client in Manchester. We are currently recruiting multiple Chef de Parties to join a high-performing kitchen in the Manchester area, supplying fresh, high-quality food preparation.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, committed chefs seeking stable, long-term work in a professional and well-structured kitchen environment.

The Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of a specific section and contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of the kitchen. You’ll be working in a supportive and organised setting, with a focus on consistency, cleanliness, and quality.

What’s on Offer:

  • Full-Time & Part-Time | Ongoing Placement
  • 7-day operation with shifts between 06:00-21:00 (up to 12 months)
  • Continued support and opportunities from Chefs Bay.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing high-quality ingredients and dishes to specification.
  • Managing your own section to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Supporting the Senior Chefs with prep and kitchen coordination.
  • Following strict food hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Accurately portioning and labelling stock for distribution.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your workstation.
  • Contributing positively to a professional and focused team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis stepping up.
  • Good knowledge of prep kitchen operations and production-style work.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, committed and punctual individuals.
  • Must be able to travel to and from the location reliably.
  • Must currently reside in the UK with full Right to Work status.
