Duration:Adhoc basis

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to join the culinary team atone of the UK’s most popular water theme parks. This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality food in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment, ensuring consistent standards and exceptional service to our guests.
As a Chef de Partie, you will work across various food outlets within the park, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering well-prepared meals while maintaining a clean, organised kitchen space in line with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to agreed standards
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operation during service
  • Assist in stock control, food rotation, and waste minimisation
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with food hygiene standards
  • Ensure all allergen procedures and documentation are correctly followed
  • Comply with all legal and company requirements, including food safety and health & safety policies
Competencies Required:
  • Strong cooking skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different kitchen sections
Qualifications & Compliance:
  • Food Safety Certificate Level 2 – required
  • Food Allergens Certificate – required
  • Proven knowledge of food safety and legal compliance
Uniform & Equipment:
  • White chef jacket
  • Black trousers
  • Steel toe safety shoes
  • Chef hat or skull cap
  • Kitchen Apron
  • Bring own sharp knives safely wrapped in a knife roll or case (cloth wrapping is not permitted)
