  • 3 days, 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • 2 days, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Job Description

Your key responsibilities as the Chef de Partie will include working in our brand new CPU, preparing breakfast and lunch service for one of Lexington's new sites based in the City.

  • Ensure food preparation and control meet requirements regarding COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, and that any incidents are reported.
  • Support the manager in maintaining, ordering, and controlling food stocks within budget.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and menu knowledge, and uphold high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness in all kitchen areas and of equipment.

Working Pattern: 40 hours (Monday to Friday)
