We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie
to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary operation,
you will oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all
tasks and responsibilities are executed to the highest standard.
You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, sauces,
and components for dishes, carefully following recipes and adhering to portion
control.
During service, you will be expected to cook, plate, and
present dishes according to the restaurant’s precise specifications

Main Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you will foster a positive,
collaborative atmosphere in the kitchen, ensuring high morale and effective
teamwork. You will oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the
mise en place (MEP) is completed to standard and the station is ready for
service.
You will be responsible for the cleanliness and compliance
of your station following all the necessary health and safety regulations.
Regularly checking and maintaining kitchen equipment, monitoring dish quality,
and adjusting as necessary will be part of your duties.
You will assist in inventory management, report shortages,
minimize waste, and participate in monthly stock counts. Coordination with
other chefs is essential for smooth service, and you will contribute ideas for
new menu items and seasonal specials. Additionally, you will handle dietary
requests and strictly follow allergens policies to ensure guest safety.
Finally, you will attend kitchen meetings to discuss menu
changes and operational improvements, while completing required daily
checklists and temperature monitoring forms to ensure compliance with health
and safety standards.
