Job Title: Chef De Partie

Ready for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare, cook, and serve makes our guests smile and want more.

What you will be doing:

1. Run and supervise any kitchen section to the standards set by the Head Chef.
2. Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for service.
3. Maintain good stock and waste control.
4. Be responsible for quality control of stock and prepared foods.
5. Execute cooking to a high standard efficiently.
6. Keep the designated section clean and organized.
7. Support the sous chef in delivering the required standard of food.
8. Delegate tasks to junior chefs and apprentices, supporting their development.
9. Maintain a positive attitude and seek to improve skills and performance.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef and management.
11. Ensure all hotel guests and non-residents enjoy the best experience possible.
