You main responsibility will be to support the kitchen team with fresh ingredient preparation and assembling specific dishes.

The Role

  • You will be in charge of running a section in the kitchen
  • Overseeing the commis team when necessary
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting our dishes to Miznon standard
  • Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen at all times
  • Working to highest standard of food hygiene, health and safety
  • Confidently communicating and adapting to different situations, opportunities and challenges in the kitchen
  • You will have a passion and interest in fresh produce, suppliers and the hospitality industry
  • You will be reporting to the Head Chef
