We are looking for talented chef de partie to join our lovely LST team! A passion for good food & teamwork is a must. Serving up classics with a twist & seasonal ingredients, we aim to delight our customers with every bite!
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a specific station or section of the kitchen.
- Quality control: Ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard, meeting quality and safety requirements.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient food preparation.
- Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage ingredients, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth service and resolve issues.
- Customer Safety: Food allergies can be life-threatening, so it's essential to take all necessary precautions to avoid allergic reactions.

What we look for in a Chef de Partie:
We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie seeking their next step, who considers themselves to have a passion and flair for producing quality, fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Chef de Partie, you will:
- Have experience championing excellent service through quality food.
- Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
- Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
- Show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
- Work alongside your Head Chef, demonstrating creativity and the ability to help design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
- Demonstrate great planning and organizational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls regarding both GP and labour.
- Have a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
