What you offer us?

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for running ‘YOUR’ section during busy shifts. You will be trusted to manage the kitchen during less busy times and will be an integral part of the brigade.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in menu design and daily specials, as we encourage our teams to own ‘their menu’.

We focus on quality cooking with proper ingredients, avoiding trends like foams, gels & smears. Our main menu changes seasonally, with specials that showcase imagination, flair, and personality. You will be supported and developed by our Sous & Head Chefs, and in turn, will teach our Commis’ and KP’s what they crave.

We will provide you with the knowledge to potentially become a Head Chef, through regular training days and visits from our Group Executive Chef & Area Chefs.
